Mull and Staffa

View from Ben More

At the end of April I had the great fortune to go with my family and my lovely Cousin Susi and her partner Klaus-Dieter to Mull. Scotland showed itself from its best side with crisp air geat clouds, mixed with the water reflections that presented us with an incredible light quality.

Highlight of it all was the trip to Staffa. I felt like in the footsteps of Turner, Mendelsson and above all my great hero Joseph Beuys. The experience inside Fingal’s cave was so intense. Sorry, but I have no words to describe the poetic emotions it triggers.
